2)  Subscriber agrees they will not share an account with anyone else, except family members living in the same household, and will not give their logon and password information to anyone not eligible to use the account.

3)  Subscriber agrees that a GunslingerFirearms.Com account will not be used for the purposes of "spamming" for any reason. Complaints of unwanted email or spam coming from a GunslingerFirearms.Com account will result in that account being cancelled. Accounts identified as being used for the sending of intentional spam will be immediately and permanently revoked. Any account identified as being used for the intentional sending of spam will be liable for a $1.00 fee for every email sent. In addition, subscriber agrees that any an all monies or fund received for payment will not be refunded.

4)  Subscriber agrees that a GunslingerFirearms.Com account, GunslingerFirearms.Com hosted domains or websites will not be used for the purposes of distributing or displaying any material that may be deemed inappropriate to a general viewing audience or population. This includes, but is not limited to sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise offensive material, pictures or information. Subscriber accounts, hosted domains or websites identified as being used for the purposes described above will be immediately and permanently revoked. In addition, subscriber agrees that any an all monies or fund received for payment will not be refunded.
